The Best Looks From the 2024 Lollapalooza Stage

The summer music-festival circuit continues with a brief stop outside of Chicago for Lollapalooza. The four-day event is one of the biggest U.S. festivals outside of Coachella, and headliners include Megan Thee Stallion, SZA, Hozier, the Killers, Future x Metro Boomin, and Blink-182. While festival-wear has come a long way from the early days of flower crowns at Coachella, there’s been a resurgence of extravagant outfits and set design from the artists’ perspective. One prime example is Chappell Roan, who came out to her Lollapalooza set Thursday in a blue-and-pink wrestling outfit, with local female bodybuilders behind her. That same day, Kesha performed in a campy handbag miniskirt; Tyla commanded the stage with another bold look; and Labrinth channeled Euphoria with his moody outfit and even moodier music.
